I’m Yaren

A self-taught art director and designer with an engineering-based background, I have worked with clients such as SSC Napoli, Castore, and Avery Dennison.

I am currently working as a freelancer.

Brand identity projects hold a special place in my practice because they allow me to approach a brand from a 360-degree perspective.

Since 2025, I have also been creating content for designers and design thinkers on Instagram and YouTube.

Through my YouTube series Portfolio Talks, I have reviewed the portfolios of over 50 creative industry professionals and emerging talents, sharing constructive notes on their development while creating a source of inspiration for others.

Alongside my digital content, I have held talks and online sessions with communities of fine arts students, architects, and creatives at institutions and spaces such as Erzurum Atatürk University, Konya Selçuk University, and Unique Dot Space in Eskişehir. I also conducted a three-day workshop as part of the Design Festival at Eskişehir Osmangazi University.

Last year, I organized short creative challenges on Instagram with sponsorships from brands such as Cos Weirdos. Through Studio78, I continue to share assets, templates, and creative briefs for other creatives to use, while developing some of these briefs on YouTube to make the process more visible.

I have also started building a bridge between women entrepreneurs and emerging designers through brandHer, a Studio78 project created to support women-led initiatives while giving young creatives the opportunity to gain real project experience.
