Punto y Coma is an independent publishing house releasing poetry and essays. To build a warm bond between young, new readers and literature, the semicolon that gives the brand its name was turned into a smiling-face mark. In the main logo, it takes the place of the "y" that connects the brand's name together.
Salt & Cedar is a small-batch natural soap workshop on Vancouver Island. Steering clear of the kraft-and-botanical cliché, the logo is embossed directly into the soap's own marbling texture; the icon is an abstract fan shape derived from a salt crystal.
Nordlicht Studio is an independent lighting design studio based in Berlin. The "northern light" imagery carried by the brand's name, light that unexpectedly illuminates wherever it falls, is emphasized in the brand identity through bright gradients set against black surfaces. This echoes the soft light transition the aurora leaves across the sky, an effect that's also preserved in the standalone N monogram, reinforced by the wavy structure of the northern lights themselves.
Loud Cup is a small café and coffee-roasting lab, fueled by quality morning DJ sets. The logo variations are inspired by that kind of indulgence that never settles with one cup of coffee, always leaving a pile of dirty cups behind in the sink.
Liquidhouse is a Greece-based producer of bottled and sparkled fruit wine. With a retro yet classy visual language, it set out to free wine culture from its own weight. The spiral form follows the brand's playful marketing language and spot-marking style, staying in step with its "Perfect Liquidation" motto.
